Exposure is the key to achieving maximum happiness in any area of your life. If you are unhappy, simply look at the amount of exposure you’ve had in that particular area.
Exposure will determine your success or lack of. Years 0-30 are all about getting the most exposure in every area of the world. Discovering all of your options and resources in every category of the world will give you a higher probability of choosing what will make you happiest in your life.

Get Up, Get Dressed, Get Started
If you want to have a spectacular day, start the momentum off right and get off to a fast start! Wake up early, dress in such a way that makes you feel good. Take a glance in the mirror and tell yourself how good you look as you smile.
You be the controller of your emotion for the day, don’t let anybody else set it for you. The first 30 minutes of your morning will set the tone for the rest of your day.


How To Find Your Passion
Some time ago, I was spending 60 hours per week working in a bank, helping people who really did not care about me or anything I had to say.
I felt worthless until I read a book which helped me to discover where my true passion lies and pave an entirely new path and direction.
