Personal Growth Dream Car

Can you remember waking up on Christmas morning, running into the family room where the Christmas tree was buried in presents from Santa’s visit early that morning? (If you didn’t have Santa Clause growing up, you still had presents, right?)

Keys To Success

Every second of every day thousands of thoughts are flying by right in front of your eyes. If you don’t reach out and grab them, you may never see them again. One of the biggest regrets in my life was waiting until I was 24 years old to buy a voice recorder.

I can’t begin to tell you how many times I thought of a really good idea and in the moment thought “Oh, I’ll just write it down later.” Later never came and it scares to think about all that value I tossed out the window.

Love Rejection-Hate Regret

Fear of Rejection

Is the man who never failed, more successful than the man who failed 10,000 times, or is the man who tried 10,000 times more successful than the man who tried 0 times?

I can tell you from experience of being rejected by over 1,000 women.  Shhh, don’t tell any of my friends or I would really be the laughing stock of the group.

Beware Small Poor Habits

Character Building with Small Habits

Can you remember the last time you were in somebody’s car and it was an absolute disaster?  (Maybe they were even living out of it?)  Did you find that their car was an exception to the tidy, orderly way they usually live?

How about the fella that snaps at the waitress?  Is he just having a bad day or is he acting consistent with his routine jerky ways?  How about the friend who just can’t decide where she wants to go to dinner?

Is she just confused today, or is she confused everyday?

Brand New Day

Brand New Day

Every day starts with an expectation.  Some days are better than others.  At the end of every day, one thing holds true for every one of us.  That day is permanently gone and not one ounce of emotion is ever going to change that day.

Many of us fall victim to carrying forward disappointment or discouragement into the next day.  This especially happens when you have an ongoing “to do” list that lasts for a month because there are too many things on the list.
