Get Up, Get Dressed, Get Started

If you want to have a spectacular day, start the momentum off right and get off to a fast start!  Wake up early, dress in such a way that makes you feel good.  Take a glance in the mirror and tell yourself how good you look as you smile.

You be the controller of your emotion for the day, don’t let anybody else set it for you.  The first 30 minutes of your morning will set the tone for the rest of your day.  Fill the first 30 minutes with emotion, passion and expectation of how your day will be.  Decide at that very moment exactly how your day is going to unfold.  Don’t leave it up to chance or anybody else to decide for you.

The morning is actually a little late to decide how your day will be.  You should already have your entire day planned, the night before you go to sleep.  When the first sign of day appears in your mind, you should know what your first task is without having to check your agenda.

The clear vision of your day is what provides your internal clock the power to get wake up and get out of bed.  Without knowing exactly what you plan to do the night before, you run a high risk of your incoherent mind making an irrational decision at the first sign of wake.

Our bodies find it easy to procrastinate in the face of comfort.  The soft pillow, warm blanket shielding you from the frigid morning air, and the warm body of your spouse all make getting out of bed far from easy.

The best thing you can do is immediately sit up in your bed and place your feet in the floor when it’s time to awake.  Train yourself to physically get out of the bed and walk to the bathroom immediately.

The habit of hitting the snooze button can sometimes go on for hours, and you’re training yourself to be lazy.  Your subconsciously conditioning your mind to think that when it hears the sound of an alarm, the correct response is to go back to sleep.

What kind of sense does that make?  Lose the snooze, remain in deep sleep for that extra 15 minutes and get out of bed immediately.  15 minutes of deep sleep is actually better than 45 – 60 minutes of in and out sleep, like what you get while playing with snooze.

Deep sleep is the name of the game.  If you can learn how to achieve deep sleep for most of the time you are in your bed, your sleep hours will be more efficient and you won’t need to spend as much time in the bed.  Check out his awesome program will helps you gain a sense of relaxation and inner peace.
