Be Happy

“You don’t know what you don’t know.”

Expo­sure  is the key to achiev­ing max­i­mum hap­pi­ness in any area of your life.  If you are unhappy, sim­ply look at the amount of expo­sure you’ve had in that par­tic­u­lar area.

Expo­sure will deter­mine your suc­cess or lack of.  Years 0 – 30 are all about get­ting the most expo­sure in every area of the world.  Dis­cov­er­ing all of your options and resources in every cat­e­gory of the world will give you a higher prob­a­bil­ity of choos­ing what will make you hap­pi­est in your life. How to Be Happy

The plea­sure one receives from giv­ing is 100 times that of receiv­ing. Know­ing this and given the choice, if you could be 100 times hap­pier wouldn’t you choose to give instead of receive?

By only receiv­ing you imprison your­self into a lower state of mind, less hap­pi­ness, and less able to think big­ger because you feel “depen­dent” whether you con­sciously are aware of it or not.

Depen­dent peo­ple psy­cho­log­i­cally will ALWAYS be weaker than inde­pen­dent peo­ple.  Read more
