If you want to have a spec­tac­u­lar day, start the momen­tum off right and get off to a fast start!  Wake up early, dress in such a way that makes you feel good.  Take a glance in the mir­ror and tell your­self how good you look as you smile.

You be the con­troller of your emo­tion for the day, don’t let any­body else set it for you.  The first 30 min­utes of your morn­ing will set the tone for the rest of your day.  Read more

3 Elements To Make Anything True

Do you know how when you meet some­one the first impres­sion has the most weight on your inter­pre­ta­tion of that per­son?  It’s because when you meet them you always assume what you are expe­ri­enc­ing is their true nature.

The next time you meet that per­son you will sub­con­sciously be look­ing to con­firm your orig­i­nal under­stand­ing of that per­son.

If their behav­ior is not con­sis­tent with what you under­stood the first time, more weight will still lean towards your first impres­sion as the cor­rect inter­pre­ta­tion.   The 3rd time you see that per­son will be cru­cial in this sit­u­a­tion.

Depend­ing on his behav­ior you will shift and lean your weight one way or the other.  The pat­tern here is con­sis­tency.

The dif­fer­ence between true and false in your mind is sim­ply a mat­ter of rep­e­ti­tion.  The more you repeat some­thing the more it becomes true in your mind. Read more

Every sec­ond of every day thou­sands of thoughts are fly­ing by right in front of your eyes. If you don’t reach out and grab them, you may never see them again. One of the biggest regrets in my life was wait­ing until I was 24 years old to buy a voice recorder.
